  1. Close your eyes.
  2. Inhale gently – count till 1 to 6
  3. Hold – count till 1 to 6
  4. Exhale slowly – count till 1 to 6
  5. Suspend (hold your breath after complete exhale) – count till 1 to 6

Today, 3-4 minutes of this breathing exercise for a calm and focussed mind.
